If you have found your potential property, are on a budget or simply want to give it a go alone but would like a second opinion on the property, this service is for you. The Buyers Edge Swift Spot Check service is a 90-minute consultation which makes extensive use of both of the Buyers Edge data packages which are emailed to you at the start of the session.
Buyers Edge are there to answer all of your questions and give advice on any potential issues which might fall outside of our set data packages. These data packages offer a wealth of key upfront property information including potential subsidence issues, flooding and how the property will be affected by climate change.
As well as a market price evaluation, Buyers Edge can also show you what the seller’s financial situation looks like and how sure the Estate Agent is of the market price. The sessions are conveniently conducted remotely over a video conferencing platform.
